GOOD SHEPHERD: February 2005

Even with Fr Simon leaving the parish in April the social events of the year still go on: details of our Lent and Holy Week arrangements are on the front page: on 2nd May 2005, the Duke of York Public House in Martindale Road will host another Fun Day for the parish, and on 11th June, the Good Shepherd Summer Fair is likely to be the Community Event of the year with a host of new visitors and attractions to see.

The Quiet Day at Alton Abbey will take place on 4th June and the Annual Pilgrimage to Walsingham on July 9th/10th, both lead by Fr Simon from his new parishes.
